Safe Enough to Be Yourself Cohort

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of safecohort.drewbrown.co and your enrollment in the Safe Enough to Be Yourself Cohort (the "Cohort"), offered by Drew Brown Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

The Cohort

The Cohort is a live, five-week group program delivered online, including live calls, written materials, worksheets, recordings, and access to a private community. It is educational and reflective in nature. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological, or legal advice. Please see our Disclaimer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for your account and your participation.

Enrollment and payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You may be able to pay in full or split your payment using a buy-now-pay-later provider (such as Klarna or Afterpay) where available; those installment arrangements are between you and the provider. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Your conduct

The Cohort includes a shared community. You agree to be respectful, to keep what others share confidential, and not to harass, threaten, or harm other participants. We may remove anyone whose behavior is harmful or disruptive, without a refund where the removal results from a violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All Cohort content, including calls, recordings, workbooks, and written materials, is owned by Drew Brown Co. and provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, copy, share, resell, or redistribute the content, or share your access with others, without our written permission.

No guarantee of results

We share lived experience and practical tools in good faith, but everyone's situation is different. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from participating in the Cohort.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drew Brown Co. and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the Cohort. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Cohort will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Drew Brown Co. operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or the Cohort after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
